Meet the driver/guide outside the main security gates at Dun Laoghaire pier – All private tour vehicles have to park outside the security gates. The ships main excursions will park on the pier but private tours are outside the gates.

Depart DUN LAOGHAIRE for a panoramic tour of Dublin City. Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and sits on a splendid bay at the mouth of the River Liffey with the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains rising from its southern suburbs. It is internationally noted for its writers, Georgian architecture, witty natives and the production of Guinness! Since its beginning as an ecclesiastical settlement it has over time been a key Viking raiding and trading base, a Norman stronghold, second city of the British Empire and

capital of an independent state.

See the city's scenic highlights on a narrated drive through Dublin City – See some of the city's major sights, such as the River Liffey, the Customs House, O'Connell Street, the Spire, the GPO (General Post office), the Four Courts, and the city's Georgian area, including Merrion Square, Fitzwilliam Square, St. Stephen's Green, Leinster House, and Trinity College.

Possibly visit the Guinness Storehouse or the EPIC Museum (which are wheelchair accessible) and have a drive around the Phoenix Park.

There are no entrance fees included in the package.

Have some free time in the city for shopping or lunch (not included). Meet back with the guide and coach at an agreed time and location.
