If you love water activities and off-road excitement, then this is the tour for you! Your journey begins as you hop into your Jeep for a thrilling ride through winding roads, deep forests and lush vegetation to the quaint village of El Cedral.
This area dates to 800 A.D. and was once the Mayan capital and largest community on the island. Stand in awe at the ruins as you learn the history of the town and Mayan culture. From there you will make your way over to Jade Caverns for a refreshing dip in the pristine waters of the cave's cenote, or natural sinkhole. Then it's back in the Jeep for more off-roading adventure with a stop for lunch (drinks not included).
Continue to the Tortugas Beach Club for mesmerizing snorkeling of the Dzul-Ha Reef. This spot is popular for snorkelers due to its proximity to the beach, accessible without the need for a boat.
