During this hands-on experience, you will prepare a variety of beloved Mykonian dishes using fresh local ingredients. The menu includes Greek salad with xinotiro, a traditional Mykonian local cheese, rasks topped with spicy Mykonian cheese, tzatziki made with local products, and Mykonian onion pie. You will also learn how to prepare pork meatballs, with minced meat traditionally chopped using just two knives as Mykonians did in the past, along with freshly made pita bread, roasted potatoes, and oven-baked chicken.

To complete the experience, you will prepare a sweet pie with cinnamon and Mykonian soft cheese tirovolia, offering the perfect balance of sweetness and local character.
