Begin your adventure in the heart of Puerto Plata City with a visit to the iconic St. Philip the Apostle Cathedral. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the vibrant Pink Street and colorful Umbrella Street, perfect for memorable photos.
Next, reboard the bus for a short drive to the historic Fort San Felipe, where you'll admire panoramic views of the Atlantic coastline from the outside of this 16th-century fortress.
Continue with a scenic 30-minute drive into the lush hills to visit the Squirrel Monkey Habitat. Here, you'll enjoy a delightful 30-minute interactive experience feeding and observing these playful creatures in a natural setting.
On the return journey, we stop at our adventure park for a delicious home-cooked Dominican lunch, featuring local favorites like rice and beans, stewed chicken, fresh vegetables, fried yucca and plantains, salad, and seasonal fruits.
After lunch, wander through our tropical garden, where you can observe exotic birds including macaws, cockatoos, toucans, flamingos, African greys, and more. Then take a short 10-minute ride to the enchanting Butterfly Conservatory, home to over 11 native butterfly species. Spend 15–30 minutes exploring this peaceful haven.
Before heading back, guests will have the opportunity to sample fresh Dominican coffee, cocoa, and cigars, with time to browse and purchase local souvenirs.
