The Rocks and Circular Quay is where most of the festivities are happening, and the guide will give a comprehensive commentary on both the history and evolution Sydney as well as a description of the festivities happening on the day.

The tour includes 4 foodie stops, that allow participants to indulge in unique Australian cuisine while walking down the quaint laneways and special spaces with terrific views of the harbour.

10:00 AM - Group to meet the guide at 1st Stop Hickson Road Reserve for introduction and tastings and beginning of the tour (Food: Johhny Cakes or Damper and Tea)

1030 AM - Depart Reserve for the tour of The Rocks

11:15 AM - Arrive 2nd stop for tastings (Food: Lamingtons)

11:45 AM - Continue tour of The Rocks

12:15 PM - Arrive 3rd stop for tastings (Food: Pavlova)

12:45 PM - Continue tour of The Rocks

1:30 PM - Arrive at 4th stop for tasting (Food: BBQ Kangaroo and Sparkling Red Wine)
