Vehicles come with a professional driver, are air-conditioned, and have space for one large suitcase and one carry-on per guest. Driving time between San Jose Airport and Puerto Caldera is approximately 90 minutes. Most cruise lines require check-in 2 hours before departure.

Please be aware that the driver cannot act as a tour guide.

Private Vehicle Bookings do not include guides, entrance fees, refreshments, or gratuities.

The type of vehicle used will be determined by the number of guests booked and the amount of luggage. Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one carry-on per guest. Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle or an additional vehicle.

Guests with excessive luggage should book additional seats based on the amount of excess luggage (one seat per 2 suitcases over limit). Guests showing up with excessive luggage who did not book accordingly will be responsible for any additional transportation required and any resulting delay.
