Please Note: The direct passage from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica may be restricted due to Vatican crowd-management and security procedures. Visitors wishing to enter the Basilica should plan to exit the Vatican Museums and proceed externally to St. Peter's Square. To visit the Basilica, guests must exit the Vatican Museums and walk approximately 1 km (about 20 minutes) along Viale Vaticano, Via Leone IV, Piazza Risorgimento, Via di Porta Angelica, and into Piazza San Pietro. Entry to the Basilica is available independently with a valid ID, and you may encounter a queue of approximately 15 minutes. Please also note that this tour does not include an interior guided visit of St. Peter's Basilica.
This tour is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and walking canes cannot be accommodated. According to official Vatican regulations, it is mandatory that guests with limited mobility and/or disabilities book a private tour with a special itinerary. Once tickets are secured from our end, THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY WAY.
