Kristiansand, historically Christiansand, is a city and municipality in Norway. It is the fifth largest city in Norway and the municipality is the sixth largest in Norway offering a lively cultural and shopping scene. Sun-starved Norwegians flock here in the summer, and there's a petite town beach and flash marina, but it tends to serve more as a gateway to the villages of Norway's southern coast and the inland region of Setesdalen.
